How can I make a return?

If you wish to return your order, contact us through the form that you will find in the "Contact" section or write us an email to indicating the reference number of your order and we will process it for you. The refund will be made once we receive the product and verify that everything is correct.

The deadline to request a return is 30 days from receipt of the order.


How many days will it take for the order to arrive?

In the case of the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, you will receive your order within 3-4 business days. These times may vary during the Christmas, Black Friday or national holidays campaigns, due to the saturation of transport services.

In the case of International shipments, the time may vary to a period between 7-10 days.

What are the shipping costs?

All orders sent to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands will enjoy FREE SHIPPING. In the case of international markets, the rate will vary depending on the country in which you are.

In the case of returns, you can choose to send it on your own or request a collection service. In the case of opting for our collection, the service will have a cost of €4.50 to be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed.


What forms of payment do we have active?

Currently all transactions are done digitally, without being able to pay in cash or cash on delivery. You can pay for your orders with any MasterCard, Visa, Maestro or American Express card.

We also offer you express payment methods such as Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay and other local means such as iDeal and Bancontact.


How to know my size?

Within each product you will find a size guide with the measurements of each of the items.

We recommend buying the size that you usually wear in other brands since, despite having developed our own pattern, we have verified that it is a standard size compared to other products.

Regarding the length of the garment, we were inspired by the surfing swimsuits of the years, so we have created a shorter garment so that it feels better and is more comfortable.

How can I get an out of stock product?

By manufacturing in Spain and in such limited editions, we will not always be able to replace our products. However, we will do everything possible so that you can get one of our articles and do not stay with the desire. To find out before anyone else, leave us your email in the "Notify me when available" section that you will find inside the product when selecting the out-of-stock size.
